The Pencerrig Collection team needed a clear direction for their marketing activity and an elevation of the quality of their social media content to better reflect their updated brand and hold their own in a competitive industry.
ThE Strategy…
After a first steps meeting to understand the wider business goals and agree realistic objectives, I created a clear strategy that encompassed an overall direction for marketing including audience segmentation and related messaging, organic & paid social media activity recommendations and an influencer marketing plan aimed at amplifying the brand message and reaching potential guests through trusted partnerships that aligned with their brand values.
ThE Delivery…
As a small but growing business, TPC had limited time and resource and required support in delivering their marketing activity.
Our ongoing retainer has included content generation support in the form of photography and videography that captures the essence of the guest experience. Delivery of social media posts to build organic brand awareness and attract the right audiences, and the delivery of paid social campaigns to drive direct bookings through the website.
ThE Results…
The Pencerrig Collection channels now have a stream of regular content that alligns with the brand style and tone of voice.
The social media accounts have grown across the board, increasing organic audience reach by +332%, profile views by +320% & post engagements by +289% on TikTok in the first 5 months.
